To add your cattery to the directory you understand that:

The directory is for pedigree cat breeders working with cats of the chocolate variety. If you no longer breed chocolate or lilac cats, notify Chocolate Cat Fanciers for your listing removal.

Chocolate Cat Breeders Directory is for cat breeders in good standing.

Those having ever been suspended from any major cat association or convicted of animal abuse of any kind is prohibited.

Responsible breeders with catteries registered with a major cat association (CFA, TICA etc) need only apply. Pet shops, pet auctions, pet mills or pet brokers are absolutely prohibited. Chocolate Cat Fanciers reserves the right to remove, suspend or not accept a listing.

It is the members responsibility to keep their listing information current. There is no charge for updates and corrections.

Cat breeders who deliberately breed mixed-breed, unregisterable cats and kittens are prohibited.

Do not submit copyrighted photos or information to Chocolate Cat Fanciers without permission from the owner of such material. You are solely responsible for obtaining such permission and for any damages resulting from unauthorized disclosures.

Chocolate Cat Fanciers make no representations or warranties with respect to the breeding or business practices of breeders listed.

Chocolate Cat Fanciers retains the right to modify entries for spelling, grammar, and to conform to this sites overall style as well as remove content or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable.

Since this is a color specific cat breed directory and due to the variations of computer monitors, it is extremely helpful to have your chocolate - lilac cat and kitten pictures labeled as such. If you don't have your photos labled or provide chocolate information anywhere on your site, it will not be clear you work with these colors and those looking specifically for a chocolate or lilac may leave you site.

You agree that Chocolate Cat Fanciers does not endorse or are we responsible for the legality, accuracy of content, advertising, other materials found on other sites or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of this Site or links to other sites. Your participation, correspondence or business dealings, regarding payment and delivery of animals, specific goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the other party. As with any animal listing service, breeders are accepted in good faith and expected to maintain high ethical standards in breeding and business practice. Chocolate Cat Fanciers does not become involved in any disputes between sellers and buyers, regarding the quality, health, cost, money transactions, or any other issue related to the sale of cats, kittens or products on this Site. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to do any necessary research before making any such purchase. Should we become aware and provided absolute proof of animal neglect/abuse, they and any other associated links will be immediately removed from this Site.
